2017 LOTTERY FUNDRAISER

At the time of registration, we ask that each parent sell 3 lottery tickets per child registered in the Summit Point Baseball/Softball league. Lottery tickets are $10 each. Parents with more than one player in the league are asked to sell no more than 6 per family. So, in addition to the registration fee, payment of least $30 for the fundraiser should be included. This would bring your total payment to $115 for 1 player, $220 for 2 players, $285 for 3 players, $340 for 4 players.  Once you sell these to your friends and family the $30 is yours to keep.

The Lottery will run the month of June 2017.  The lottery ticket holder will retain the top portion of the ticket for their records and the bottom portion of the ticket must be filled out and returned to the league NO LATER THAN MAY 1, 2017.  If the bottom portion of the ticket is not returned to the league administration the ticket is NOT VALID and potential winnings for that ticket cannot be awarded.  Tickets can be turned in anytime UNTIL THE DUE DATE OF MAY 1ST, to the staff working the snack shack at the Summit Point Ballfield or to your players Coach or Team Mom.  After May 1st no tickets will be accepted.

Starting June 1st you can check your lottery ticket online at http://wvlottery.com/draw-games/daily-3/ .  If the 3 digit number on your ticket matches the WV Daily pick 3 numbers then the ticket holder will receive a check in the amount of $50 or $100 as indicated on the lottery sheet.  Numbers must be in the same order as they are drawn.  There is no action needed on your part to claim the winnings.  A check from the Summit Point league administration will be mailed directly to the address provided on the turned in portion of the ticket within a week.  Again, if the bottom ticket stub has not been turned in – it is not valid and ineligible to win.
